Our origins span oceans and so does our combined work portfolio. Our leadership team are Australian with Croatian origins. Stipe is an IT executive. Marija an HR professional. Tanja is a communications and remote working specialist.

We work between Canberra, Australia and our Croatian headquarters in Split. Our wider team and advisors are experienced IT, business, recruiting and communication professionals with a worldwide network. We have global ties and trade from a flourishing part of Europe. We also work with clients in North America, EU and UK.

Tanja Polegubic

Tanja is a communications professional and remote working specialist based between Australia and Europe. Her career covers recruiting, transport, health, agribusiness, investment and business sectors. Tanja delivers remote work projects for public and private sector in Europe, working with city councils and Chambers of Economy. Tanja leads the sales and marketing, recruitment processing and optimising remote work teams.
